PJ’s is owned and operated by hardworking and dedicated WSU Alumni. We know what it’s like to go through college and we know what it is like to have landlords that are difficult. We take a different approach at providing college housing. We are here to help you along your journey. College can throw you a lot of curve balls and your living situation should not be one of them. Here at PJ’s we pride ourselves on our mission to take care of our tenants and always being there to make the college experience the best it can be.
PJ’s Campus Apartments is owned and managed locally by landlords who care about our tenants and our properties. It is important to us to keep our properties well maintained, and we want our tenants to have a quality “home away from home” at PJ’s. Our philosophy is to fix things that need fixing and to replace things that need replacing. We plan on making capital improvements every year so that our rental spaces remain attractive and functional.
Our office is located right behind ZaZa’s at 320 West Mark Street, Suite 11, within one block of Winona State University. All of PJ’s rental properties are within a two-block radius of each other and also within one block of the WSU campus.
